Catholic Schools Week

– Our Hope-Filled Future

This year, Armidale Catholic Schools will celebrate Catholic Schools Week from 25th–29th May, embracing the theme “Our Hope-Filled Future.” This special week provides an opportunity to celebrate the richness of Catholic education, the strength of our community, and the hope we share as we journey together in faith and learning.

Throughout the week, students will participate in a range of activities that highlight connection, prayer, and community spirit.

On Monday from 2:45pm we will come together for a time of prayer and buddy reading, fostering relationships across year levels and grounding our week in faith.

On Tuesday, students will gather for a Catholic Schools Week picnic on the front lawn, enjoying time together in a relaxed and joyful setting. Families are warmly invited to join us for this special occasion and share in the sense of community that makes our school so special.

On Wednesday, our student leaders will travel to Armidale to represent our school at the Catholic Schools Week Deanery Mass, joining with other schools in prayer and celebration.

On Thursday, secondary SRC students will run a fun trivia evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. More information to come about this ni

The week will conclude on Friday with our Catholic Schools Week Mass, where we will also celebrate the Feast of the Blessed Trinity, giving thanks for the love of God present in our lives and in our school community.

Catholic Schools Week is a time to recognise the important role our school plays in nurturing faith, learning, and hope. We look forward to celebrating together as a community.
