Lost Property
We have a lot of jumpers, jackets and drink bottles in Lost Property. If your child is missing any of these items, please check the cupboard near the Performing Arts room.
We also have the below unclaimed balance bike.
DO YOU HAVE A CHILD READY FOR PREP IN 2027?
We are now accepting enrolments for Prep 2027. If you have a child waiting in the wings to start school, please fill out the enrolment form below. We also require a copy of their Birth Certificate and Immunisation History Statement.

Or swing by the Office to hand them in - whatever is easiest!
Please ensure these are handed in ASAP as it makes a huge difference to aid our planning and organisation for our wonderful 2027 community.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund applications are open now.
If you hold an eligible Centrelink Concession Card, Health Care Card or Veterans Affairs Gold Card please complete and return the attached application form to the office or email chilwell.ps@education.vic.gov.au
School Savings Bonus
If you have any questions regarding SSB. eg Balances, paying for events, etc,

✍️Absence Notes on Compass✍️
Please remember to record student absences prior to 10am through the Compass portal by visiting your child's profile and selecting 'Add Attendance Note.'
You can choose from options like 'family holiday' or 'medical/illness' from the drop-down menu, and add any additional details if needed. Both the classroom teacher and office will have access to this information.
For absences related to school activities such as School Tours & Tests, please call the office at (03) 5221 2738 so we can note this without affecting your child's attendance percentage.
