Arthur's seat excursion for Grade 2

Oakleigh Primary School Cross Country
Last Monday, Oakleigh Primary School proudly sent 64 dedicated runners to compete in the Oakleigh District Cross Country competition. The event was held at Nortons Park and took place under sunny skies - a perfect setting for a day of fantastic running.
Our students gave it their all, and their hard work truly paid off. Oakleigh Primary had a very successful day, with fifteen students finishing in the top 12 of their age groups. A top 12 finish qualifies them to compete at the next level - the Monash-Waverley Division Cross Country, where the top runners from nearly 50 schools will take part.
As a team, Oakleigh finished 2nd overall and 3rd in the handicap. We’re incredibly proud of our students' efforts, determination, and teamwork. Congratulations to the following students who will be representing OPS at the Division event:
