Junior and Senior Choir 

Congratulations to the Junior choir for receiving a Silver placing and plaque for their wonderful effort at the Eisteddfod recently. The adjudicator wrote in her comments, “Your animated faces and energy make for some pretty amazing audience engagement.” Well done!  The Senior choir also did well, receiving a Silver placing also with comments from the adjudicator, “You gave us some great expressive story telling. Choreography was effective.”  Congratulations again to both choirs for their tremendous effort.

Instrumental Music 

We had a great result receiving 1st place in our category at the Gold Coast Eisteddfod on 19 August. I was extremely happy with how well our students in the band performed. Our students also received a Silver for execution of their performance.

A big thank you to all the parents who came and supported the students, and also to many of you who are actively encouraging your child to practice at home.
