St Michael’s Cross Country- Wednesday 22nd April
St Michael's Annual Cross Country Carnival being held on Wednesday, 22nd April 2026 at the Manilla Showground. As this is a normal school day, it is expected that all students attend.
The distances are as follows:
5 /6 /7 Years Division1km
8 / 9 Years Division 2km
10 Years Division 2km
11 Years Division 3km
12 Years Division 3km
13 Years Division 3km


Coal Miners Cup- Tuesday, 28th April
Coal Miners Cup will be held on Tuesday, 28th April 2026 at Longmuir Fields Gunnedah. Arrive at 8.20am and games kick off at 9.00am to 2.00pm.
U10’s & U12’s - Tackle
Stage 3 Girls - League Tag
If we do not have enough players to fill a team the students will be placed into a mixed schools team. (Please take note that your child should have experience in playing tackle Rugby League to play).
No staff member will be attending, and it will be parents' responsibility to transport their child to and from Gunnedah.
All protective equipment for Rugby League must be provided by the student (Mouth guards, Head gear).
Parents & Carers are asked to complete the Compass event to advise if your child would like to attend.
If your child is not attending, please DECLINE the Compass event.
Please complete the Compass event by Wednesday, 22nd April 2026.
There will be more information about the day and the draw given to students next term.
Rookie Rollers (Lawn Bowls) Clinics
The four-week Rookie Rollers (Lawn Bowls) Clinics for K-6 students have now concluded.
We would like to thank our teachers, sporting schools funding and Manilla Bowling Club for providing this unique and wonderful experience to our students.
