Harmony Day - March 21

Harmony Day

Harmony Day is a special time on our school calendar where we celebrate what makes our community so vibrant and unique. Celebrated each year on March 21, Harmony Day reminds us that everyone belongs regardless of cultural background, language, or traditions.

At Red Cliffs Secondary College, we are proud of the rich diversity of our students, families, and staff. This diversity brings new perspectives, strengthens friendships, and helps us learn from one another every day.

Harmony Day is a wonderful opportunity to continue those conversations at home. You might:

  • Share stories about your family’s cultural background
  • Cook or enjoy a traditional meal together
  • Talk about the importance of treating everyone with respect

A Message from the Wellbeing Team

Belonging and connection are key to student wellbeing. When students feel accepted and valued for who they are, they are more likely to thrive both socially and academically. Harmony Day is a reminder that small actions like including others, showing kindness, and being curious about different cultures can make a big difference.

🧡 Everyone belongs.
