- Zoe Noble
This collaborative structure ensures that faith leadership/direction, educational expertise, and parent voice are all central to decision-making.
Council members generously give their time and professional insight to support the strategic direction of our schools. Their role is consultative and advisory, focusing on faith formation, community engagement, financial stewardship, and long-term planning. We thank all members for their commitment to strengthening our parish schools and fostering a vibrant, faith-filled learning environment.
One Parish Multi-School Structure
Our Parish Multi-School model unites:
Annunciation School
Corpus Christi School
St Augustine's School
Together, we operate as one parish community with a shared vision, shared leadership collaboration, and aligned strategic planning. While each school maintains its unique identity and traditions, we work collectively to:
Strengthen Catholic identity
Ensure consistent governance and stewardship
Share resources and initiatives effectively
Support School Improvement Initiatives
This structure allows us to respond proactively to enrolment growth, capital works, and community engagement opportunities across the parish.
Key Items Discussed:
Three-School Staff Faith Formation Day
At the first meeting for 2026, the Council discussed the upcoming combined Faith Formation Day for staff across all three schools. This shared professional learning opportunity aims to strengthen our collective understanding of Catholic identity and mission, and reinforce our commitment to nurturing faith-filled learning communities.
Priority Feeder Agreement – St Aloysius
We are pleased to confirm an agreement with St Aloysius College, establishing our parish schools as a priority feeder pathway into Year 7.
This provides greater clarity and confidence for families planning their child’s Catholic education journey and strengthens our parish-to-secondary school connection.
Enrolment Updates
Council reviewed current enrolment trends across all three schools with discussion focusing on growth in early years. Forward planning continues to ensure we place ourselves as 'first choice' for education within our zones.
Capital Works Updates
Updates were provided on current and planned capital works projects across the parish schools. These works focus on:
Redevelopment of Administration Areas and Street appeal
Enhancing contemporary learning spaces
Improving outdoor play and gathering areas
Careful financial planning ensures these improvements support future generations of students.
Community Fair Financial Plan & Sponsorship
Planning is underway for the upcoming Community Fair. The Council reviewed the financial plan, including:
Projected income and expenditure
Risk management strategies
Sponsorship packages for local businesses
Sponsorship opportunities are being offered at various levels, providing valuable exposure for businesses while directly supporting school initiatives and community-building activities.
More details regarding sponsorship and involvement opportunities will be shared with families shortly.
Looking Ahead
The School Advisory Council remains focused on strengthening our parish schools through faith, collaboration, and responsible stewardship. We thank our families and community members for their ongoing support.
Together, we continue to build a thriving, connected Catholic educational community.
