Student Achievements

Congratulations to the following students:

Representing the green and gold!

 

A big congratulations to Luca, Angus, Bailey, Will and Dexter (Year 9) who have been selected to represent Tasmania in the Boys U15 Australian Football League competition in Queensland.

 

The team will compete against teams from all across Australia, with finals to decide the championship winner. 

 

Joining them is Kayla Waller (Year 9) who has been selected to represent Tasmania in the Girls U15 Australian Football League Competition.

 

The Boy's U15 team finished the competition to come 4th, which is the first time ever Tasmania has achieved this result. 

Well done to James Kirkham (Year 9) will be representing MacKillop at the All Schools Swimming National Carnival in Brisbane.

Benji Morse (Year 7) has been selected to represent Tasmania at the Water Polo Australia 13&U National Development Carnival in Hobart.

Natasha Williams (Year 12) will represent Tasmania in the U21 Women's State Volleyball Team. Tash will travel to Adelaide to compete in the Australian Junior Volleyball Championships.

Recently, Isla O'Brien (Year 8) competed at the Australian Gymnastics Championships representing Tasmania. Isla won gold in the Level 6 Synchro, as well as winning silver in her individual trampolining event, placing above 27 other state qualifiers.

Dylan Locke (Year 10) has been selected to represent Tasmania at the Road Cycling National Championships in New South Wales. Before then moving on to represent Australia at the International Mountain Bike Race and Training Camp in Japan.
