The Foster Cup Tennis Tournament was held on Friday 20th October at Sunshine Ave Courts.

Albert Middleton and Ewan Middleton both dominated their TRAC opponents in Round 1, winning easily but not without some long rallies. Abbie Clarke and Ysabella Borja both played some tough competition against TRAC resulting in a narrow loss overall for KCC in Round 1. As the day progressed, the girls tennis skills improved out of sight and they aced it on the court in their next round against Wagga High. The boys again won their matches easily, annihilating their opponents from Wagga High in both their doubles and singles matches resulting in a win in Round 2.

Not only did our Kildare team demonstrate great sportsmanship, quality tennis skills and determination throughout the day, but they also took the time to support each other during breaks in between matches. At one point, a coaching session took place between our four players working on their serve to improve for their next match.

Kildare finished 5th overall and represented the College superbly.
