Values in Action
Amanda Dawson
What a fantastic start to the year we’ve had celebrating our Greenvale school values!
Across Term 1, students worked hard to demonstrate our values in action, earning an incredible 3,638 values leaves as a whole school. It’s been wonderful to see so many students recognised for showing kindness, respect, responsibility and teamwork in their everyday learning.
A big congratulations to our Year 2 students, who collected the highest number of leaves with an impressive 768! As their reward, they chose to enjoy Slurpees outside in the sunshine—a well-deserved and very exciting treat ☀️🥤
Here’s how each year level went:
Every term, the year level with the most leaves earns a reward of their choice.
We encourage all students to keep demonstrating our school values and adding their leaves to the tree—it’s a great way to celebrate positive choices and contributions across our school.
We can’t wait to see which year level takes out the top spot next!
