Wellbeing and Inclusion Update

Allied Health Services
Dear Families,
In line with The Department requirements, any Allied Health professional attending our school to provide services to students must have all required documentation completed prior to commencing sessions.
This includes:
• A completed Allied Health Expectations and Agreements form
• A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Please ensure all paperwork is submitted to the office before sessions begin or on the first day of service. Allied Health professionals will be unable to attend school until all required documentation has been provided.
If you require further clarification regarding Department requirements or documentation, please contact our Disability and Inclusion Officer.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and compliant school environment.
