This week, the senior students attended a school camp at YMCA Anglesea. From all accounts, a great time was had by all. The activities included canoeing, beach activities, high ropes, bike riding and, among other things, the giant swing!
I am sure that all of the campers (especially staff) needed their rest day yesterday to recover from such an activity-filled few days.
I would like to thank all of the staff who attended camp and took time away from their own families for this event to occur. Thank you to the senior staff who attended - Jordan, Rita, Krystin, Scott, Ben, Tian, Cheryl, Milla and Beth; the camp was such a success because of your pre-planning. Staff from across the school answered the call to attend for a number of reasons, so thank you and a big shout out to Chelsea, Selena (late call up on the weekend), Kristina, Amelia and Hayley. I am sure you all slept well on Wednesday night!
One he most exciting day of the year for the kids at OLSC is our annual school colour run!
It is a great community event where parents and families are invited to come watch and cheer on their children.
See you at our re-sceduled day - Friday 12th December

If anyone in your family has an achievement that could be shared in the newsletter and is worthy of celebration and acknowledgement, please email Justin to be included in the next newsletter.
