Prep Learning Reflection

Prep Newsletter Update Week 3 - 4

Prep had an incredible time celebrating Spanish Fiesta! We enjoyed a range of exciting activities that helped us explore Argentinian culture. We took part in a football session, tried some traditional Argentinian cooking (including dulce de batata) and visited La Boca with Miss Lauren, where we created our own colourful building scapes inspired by the vibrant neighbourhood. We even had the chance to dress up and march in an Argentinian Murga band! To top it all off, we enjoyed delicious chorizo rolls with chimichurri and quesadillas for lunch. What a fantastic celebration!

A few important reminders for next week: Monday is a pupil-free day, followed by the Melbourne Cup public holiday on Tuesday. We will also be welcoming our incoming Preps for their transition visit on Wednesday morning. We look forward to helping our future Preps feel comfortable and excited about starting school!
