It Takes a Village – And We’ve Got One at Boambee
At Boambee Public School, the P&C is more than fundraising – it’s community in action. Parents, students, and staff work side by side to support learning, school spirit, and connection. Our students roll up their sleeves to help with stalls, sausage sizzles and market days – raising funds for things like the amazing school camps and the much-loved Year 6 Canberra trip. To help make these special experiences affordable, we run a range of fundraisers throughout the year. Right now, we’ve got two exciting ones on the go:
🍩 Krispy Kreme Drive – Grab a box (or two!) of delicious doughnuts, with all proceeds going straight back to supporting our students.
🎉 Adults-Only Trivia Night – A fun-filled evening of laughs, prizes, and friendly competition. It’s a great chance to connect with other families while supporting a great cause. Got a smaller group? No problem – we’ve set aside tables for those without a full team of 8. Just call the school office to book your spot!
We also offer vibrant clubs like Tech, Garden, Reading and Wellbeing – all run by our amazing teachers in their own time. The school garden is a favourite, with students caring for animals and selling fresh produce to our community.
Boambee is more than a school – it’s a village. And together, we’re building something truly special.
