Dear Berwick Chase Community,
As we approach the end of another productive and rewarding term, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to our incredible School Council. Our School Council plays a vital role in shaping the future of our school, and I want to acknowledge the ongoing dedication, support, and hard work of both our staff and parent representatives.
The School Council is our governing body, and its members work tirelessly throughout the year to ensure that our school remains a vibrant, inclusive, and thriving learning environment. They meet regularly to review school policies, oversee our financial arrangements, and ensure that our programs and initiatives continue to support our mission of excellence in education. Their careful planning and input help guide important decisions that affect our school community, from curriculum development to operational matters.
Beyond the everyday responsibilities, the School Council is also instrumental in planning some of the special events that make our school so unique. Events such as the Colour Run, our Mother’s and Father’s Day stalls, and the ever-popular school disco, are all made possible through the efforts of the Council. These events not only raise funds but also foster a sense of community, bringing students, parents, and staff together in celebration.
A key focus of our School Council is ensuring that Berwick Chase remains a place where all students feel valued and supported, and where learning is at the forefront of everything we do. Their ongoing commitment to developing initiatives that enhance inclusivity, and their proactive approach to improving our educational programs, are deeply appreciated.
On behalf of the entire school community, I want to express my sincere gratitude to every member of our School Council for their tireless dedication, thoughtful decision-making, and unwavering support of our students, staff, and school.
Thank you for all that you do!
Warm Regards,
Christ Short
Principal
