One of the deciding factors in choosing Paperly to replace Operoo was its ability to sync medical information from our student database, and to enable parents to update their contact details and student medical details. Unfortunately, this sync is still not functioning correctly. We are working with Paperly as quickly as we can to resolve this issue, but in the meantime, we would like to ensure that student medical details are up to date.
Therefore, if there has been an update to your child’s medical conditions or details, could I ask that you please provide the new information by completing the form: here.
All information from Operoo is already in Toddle for staff access, so you only need complete this form if you have new or significantly changed medical information for your child.
Next term, we have two staff members going on long-service leave from the Senior School – Louise Williams and Bek Bonnett. Andrew Monk is also concluding at the end of Term One. I’m pleased to advise that we will welcome the two staff members below at the beginning of Term Two to cover these classes:
Adam Golding – who will be taking the bulk of Andrew Monk’s PE classes, as well as Bek Bonnett’s Year 8 Science classes. Adam is an experienced teacher with a PE specialty, having taught at Xavier College and Glen Eira College for the bulk of his career.
Niamh Carville – who will be taking Lousie William’s three Mathematics classes. Niamh is originally from Co. Meath in Ireland and is an experienced Maths teacher, teaching from Year 7-12 in Ireland and Australia.
I look forward to welcoming Adam and Niamh to the College community, and to the contributions they will make.
We are also well into the process for appointing the College’s next Director of Boarding. We are approaching the final round of interviews, having worked through an exceptionally strong candidate pool from Australia and internationally. I will update boarding families next week about the structures in place to cover until our new Director of Boarding can arrive, and then anticipate announcing the appointment early in Term Two.
