A Weekend of Grace and Joy

“I am the bread of life...” — John 6:35

This past weekend, our parish community shared a beautiful and joyous occasion as some of our Year 4 students recevied the Sacrament of Eucharist for the very first time.  It was a wonderful milestone for these children and a moving reminder of the grace that unites our community.

We congratulate our first communicants and pray that the joy of this special encounter with Jesus remains in their hearts forever. We also want to express our gratitude to our dedicated school staff, parish team, and parents for working hand-in-hand to make this sacramental celebration so meaningful and memorable for the children.

Please keep these children and their families in your prayers as they continue to grow in Christ's love.

As the celebration of one sacrament comes to an end, we begin preparations for another. A note was sent home with Year 6 students this week to register for the upcoming Sacrament of Confirmation. If you are interested in your child becoming fully initiated into the Catholic faith, please fill out this form and return it as soon as possible. Many thanks for your ongoing support.
