Deputy Principal's Message

A Fond Farewell and an Exciting New Chapter

As many of you may know, I will be departing Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School at the end of this term, as I commence a secondment as Acting Principal at Our Lady of the Way Catholic Primary School in Wallan for the remainder of 2026.

Over the past 12 months, it has been an absolute privilege to be part of this wonderful community. I have genuinely cherished the opportunity to get to know our dedicated teachers, supportive families and, most importantly, our incredible students. It has been a year filled with meaningful relationships, shared achievements and many memorable moments that I will always value.

While I am incredibly excited to undertake this amazing professional opportunity, I will certainly miss being part of the Mother Teresa community each day. This school is a special place, and I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome and support I have received throughout my time here.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Jess Davis, the Leadership Team, our teaching staff and Learning Support Officers. Your unwavering support, professionalism and commitment to our students have made my time here both rewarding and enjoyable. I have been continually inspired by the care, expertise and dedication demonstrated by every member of staff.

Thank you also to our families for your partnership and trust, and to our students for the joy, energy and enthusiasm you bring to our school each day.

I am looking forward to the challenge ahead for the next 6 months. I look forward to seeing you all again in 2027.
