Principal News

Dear Sacred Heart Community,
Prayer
Loving God,
We give thanks for our Sacred Heart community and for the care and support we share with one another.
Today, we especially remember those in our staff family who are grieving the loss of loved ones. Surround them and their families with your love, comfort and strength. May the memories of those they love bring them peace.
Help us to continue to care for one another with kindness, compassion and understanding, especially during difficult times.
Amen.

🏀 Basketball Tournament
On Tuesday 8 September, some of our Year 5 and Year 6 students proudly represented Sacred Heart Primary School at the basketball tournament.
They played many games throughout the day and showed wonderful teamwork, sportsmanship and determination. Amazing work, team! 🏀👏
A very big thank you to their coach, Peter (Cody’s grandad) and James, for giving their time and supporting our students. Thank you also to all the wonderful helpers who came along on the day. We are very proud of you all!
Year 5/6 Reward Lunch 🌟
After collecting 30 reward counters, our Year 5/6 students enjoyed a well deserved lunch at Preston Market. It was lovely to spend some time together, enjoy a delicious lunch and celebrate their wonderful efforts.
I was very happy to join the students, along with Deb, Janine, Prem and Jeff.
Well done, Year 5/6! You certainly earned it!
Looking Ahead🌿
As we head into our final week of Term 3, there is still plenty happening around Sacred Heart. Thank you to our wonderful students, families and staff for all the care, enthusiasm and support you have shown throughout the term. It has been a busy and rewarding term, with so many wonderful moments of learning, growth and connection.
We look forward to sharing one more week together before we enjoy a well deserved break.
Wishing everyone a wonderful final week of Term 3!
Warmest regards,
Antoniette Stasi
