Current Pensioner and Health Care Card Holders 

In addition to the family discounts for families with two or more enrolled students, the Victorian Government provides the Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) for eligible students. The payment amount is $400 per year for eligible secondary school students.

Applications can be entered from 27 January 2026 to 26 June 2026.  

Please complete the application form and forward to the Front Office or email - fees@sje.vic.edu.au with a completed copy of the form and a copy of your Health Care Card. The College will apply for the rebate on behalf of the families. 

Code Red Days at St Joseph’s College

A Code Red Day is the highest level of fire danger rating in Victoria and is based on

information supplied by the Bureau of Meteorology and other environmental factors. These declarations can be made for either the whole State or specific Total Fire Ban Districts.

As a school on the ‘Bushfire at Risk Registry’ please be aware that once notified of a Code Red day in our district, the Catholic Education Office will be advising us to close. The operation of school buses will also cease on Code Red days. This decision, when made, will be communicated to families at the earliest opportunity.
