Key Dates Term 3 & 4

Key Dates

September 17 - Parent Teacher interviews and Grade 6 into 7 enrolment interviews
September 18th - Last day of School for TERM 3 (12:18 finish)
For Year 12: VCE VM students and VCE students who are unscored (i.e. not sitting exams) and have finished all coursework. Any students who have not completed required coursework will attend study sessions in senior sub-school until work is completed.

VCE students who are scored (i.e. will sit exams): Practice Exams on Mon-Thurs of Week 1 Term 4, then regular classes for 4 days: last day of classes will be Wednesday October 14 (Week 2)
VPC Year 12s: Last day of classes will be Wednesday October 14 (Week 2)
All Year 12s (VCE, VM, VPC): Breakfast and Final Assembly at school (morning) and then Graduation Evening on Thursday October 15
All Year 12s (VCE, VM, VPC): Funfields Celebration Day on Friday October 16

Year 10 and 11:

All Year 10 and 11 Mainstream, VM and VPC students: Last day of regular classes will be Friday November 6th (end of Week 5, Term 4)
Year 10 and 11 Mainstream students will sit exams in Week 6 from Monday November 9 to Monday November 13
Year 10 and 11 VPC and VM students will have a work experience / study week in Week 6 (catch up on missing outcomes or attend additional work days). Reduced Year 10 and 11 classes in Week 6 will ensure staff have time/capacity to prepare for Head Start.
All students who will be enrolled in VPC, VM or VCE in 2027 will have almost two weeks of Head Start in Weeks 7 and 8 (Monday November 16 – Thursday November 26)
The last day for all current Year 10s and 11s will be the 10/11 Funfields Celebration Day on Friday November 27

Year 7s and 8s:

We will then run ‘Activities Week’ in Week 10 (December 7-11) and ‘Environmental Week’ in Week 11 (Dec 14-17)
