Foundation 2027 Enrolments

Do you have younger children due to commence school next year?

Enrolment forms are available from the front office, school website, or attached below. 

Once complete, please email the form to newport.lakes.ps@education.vic.gov.au or hand in at the front office. Please include the following supporting documents:

• Official birth certificate and/or passport 
• Immunisation records
• 100-point residential address check documents (checklist below)
• Visa/PR documents (if applicable)

Building Fund & Library Fund - Tax Deductible Donations

Did you know that any contributions towards Newport Lakes Primary School Building or Library Fund are tax deductible? 

If you would like to make a contribution to either of these funds (before 30th June) for the 2025/26 tax year you still have the opportunity to pay by cash or card at the office. Or, you can send funds directly to the school bank account before Tuesday 30th June with your name as reference. Please contact the office for more details. 

Student Disco - Friday 19th June

The DJ will be pumping out all of your favourite tunes for our NLPS school disco fundraiser on Friday 19th June in the Gym! 

Tickets & Sales: 

Tickets are $8 per child. 

Tickets are available now via CompassTix until 3pm Thursday 18th June.

THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES AT THE EVENT so get your tickets early!

• Junior Disco (Foundation - Year 2 Students) - 4:00pm to 5:00pm 
• Senior Disco (Year 3 - Year 6 Students) - 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Please purchase a ticket for each child attending their respective disco (junior or senior), and please type your child's name in the booking information when purchasing. 

A reminder that this event is for current NLPS students only. Younger or older siblings/past students are unable to attend.

If families are experiencing financial difficulties, please email our Business Manager, Kellie Holdich at newport.lakes.ps@educationvic.gov.au . We are here to support all members of our community.

Drop-Off and Supervision:

This is a drop-off event. Parents and carers are not permitted to stay. The event is organised by the NLPS Parents' Club and supervised by approved parent volunteers. Teaching staff will not be in attendance. Parents are not permitted inside the gymnasium unless they have registered as a volunteer through the volunteer sign-up link.

All volunteers MUST hold a valid Working with Children Check and must have completed the Child Safe and OH&S inductions prior to the event.
