Dear St Mary’s Community,

Father's Day Mass

A warm invitation to all fathers and special friends of our students to attend our special morning on Friday 5th September - including the 9.15am Parish Mass. We look forward to seeing many of our wonderful guests there.

Confirmation

This term our Year 6 students have been learning about the Sacrament of Confirmation, a significant step in their journey of faith as they receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit and are strengthened to live as disciples of Christ. While a number of students will soon celebrate the sacrament itself, we acknowledge and celebrate the entire senior cohort, who together have deepened their understanding of the meaning and responsibilities of Confirmation. Through prayer, reflection and classroom learning, our students have explored what it means to live with courage, wisdom and faith in their daily lives. 

We keep all our Year 6 students and especially those preparing to receive the sacrament, in our prayers during this special time.

 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” — Acts 1:8
