Year 2 News

On Friday we had our Adventure Day. It was a full day of fun activities with our friends. We got to experience caving, rock climbing and the giant slide at Activate by Hardrock. Then we went to Balwyn Park for a quick play. We finished our action packed day at Balwyn Cinema eating popcorn and watching Frozen 2.

Senior Boroondara Youth Leadership Day

On Tuesday 19 August the Senior children and staff went down to the Hawthorn Arts Centre to participate in 2025 Boroondara Youth Leadership Day. 

Earlier this year, representatives from Boroondara Council came to talk to our Senior children about issues they believed were important to them and to our community. They then used this information, as well as information from other schools in our area, to create a leadership day specifically catered to our students. 

Our Senior children had an enjoyable and interactive day, learning more about leadership, developing specific skills that will be needed in the future. Thank you to our Senior teachers for joining our Senior children for this special day.
