Uniform Shop

Opening Hours

The Uniform Shop is open weekdays 7:45am to 12pm.

We will close for Term 1 at 12pm on Thursday, 2 April and will reopen on Monday, 20 April from 8am – 4pm.

Winter Uniforms from Monday, 11 May

With the commencement of Term 2, students will be required to transition to the winter uniform. As the weather can still be warm at the beginning of the term, students will have the option of wearing the correct summer or winter uniform until Monday, 11 May. This includes adding a Blazer and tie to the existing uniform and exchanging shorts for trousers and belts.

NEW Tote Bag

There is a new optional Tote bag $40 for sale in the Uniform Shop.

Secondary students may find this useful to carry their belongings including books and drink bottles, in an easy to manage tote bag between classes.

Netball Hoodies

Netball Hoodies sample sizes are available to try on in the Uniform Shop. We strongly recommend students try on the sample sizes before ordering, as the sizes run small. Orders and payment can be made online through this link: Netball Hoodie Order. Orders will take approximately three weeks to arrive in the Uniform Shop, and customers will be notified when they arrive.

Secondhand Uniforms

Thank you to all the families who have dropped off their secondhand uniforms for donation and/or processing. We have been inundated with uniforms to sort, and we are grateful for your patience while we work our way through the backlog!

If you have not yet dropped off your excess items this year, our secondhand processing form is attached. Simply fill it in and include it in the bag with your items. Please ensure that items are washed before bringing them in, as we do not pay out on items requiring mending or laundering.

Ever wondered what happens to second-hand uniforms that aren't suitable for resale? Check out this inspiring post from the fantastic team at Clutterbugs, who are packing up 28 boxes of school uniforms, clothing, shoes, and blankets to support towns devastated by recent cyclone flooding.

Clutterbugs, a dedicated WA-based recycling service run by Wendy since 2001, ensures unwanted items like school uniforms are repurposed rather than landfilled. This aligns perfectly with John XXIII College's own sustainable practices for recycling uniforms not fit for our second-hand shop.

Online orders

If you would like to purchase new or second-hand items and you are confident about your child’s sizes, you can order online using the form below. Completed orders can be collected from the Uniform Shop or delivered to your child’s primary classroom or Secondary Homeroom. Please email any queries and orders.

Sustainable footwear choices at our Uniform Shop

Students can try on sample shoes at the shoe stand, then parents simply scan the QR code to place an order.

These Derby-style shoes from Perth brand Make Good are crafted from plant-based materials, including mycelium fibres (yes, mushrooms!), cellulose, natural latex and organic cotton – a biodegradable alternative to conventional leather production, which is resource-intensive and relies on toxic chemicals that can contaminate waterways and soils.

Visit the Uniform Shop to explore this sustainable option for your family.
