Kindergarten

Kindergarten has had a busy start to Term 4. Thank you to Mrs Upjohn and Michelle for taking us over to the school farm. We saw the new baby lambs, collected the eggs from the chickens and fed the cows.

This term we are learning about the weather and seasons in Science. We have been collecting weather data daily and recording this on a weather chart. In English, we have been using time connectives in our writing to start our sentences. These are words like firstly, next, after and that.

We had a great time at the Halloween Teddy Bear’s Picnic and Grandparents Day. Thank you to all of the teachers and students who helped to organise this.  Kindergarten had a blast!

On Wednesday 19 November we are off to Thalgarrah Environmental Education Centre to participate in the Teddy’s Bear’s Picnic program. Please remember to pack an Earth friendly lunch, hat and a small teddy.
