Primary Public Speaking

On Tuesday students filled the hall for the much anticipated annual Years 3-6 Public Speaking Competition. We heard 17 speeches brimming with humorous anecdotes and thought provoking information, presented by our talented students. The topics ranged from ‘Tractors’ to ‘The use of Artificial Intelligence in everyday life’. Each student was articulate and entertaining, making the decision of a singular winner per grade very difficult for our judges, Miss Bremner and Miss Coote.

Congratulations to our winners

Austin M (Year 3), Dominic H (Year 4), Charlotte G (Year 5) and Alex H (Year 6).

Kindergarten Hospital Maths

Kindergarten students have been doing so well they skipped ahead and have graduated to surgeons. The Phillies Hospital was in full swing with Maths revision for addition and subtraction, data and number. There was plenty of mess, laughs and learning completed with this final day of term Maths lesson.

K-2 Cinderella Spinderella

Last Tuesday Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 went on an exciting walk to Moree Public School to watch the Cinderella Spinderella play. The students were able to interact with the Actors and laugh along with many of their silly jokes. At the end we even got to dance along with them and get a photo. We all had a blast!
