Student Supervision

We would like to remind all families that formal student supervision at our school is provided from 8.15am to 3.35pm each school day. During these hours, staff are rostered to actively supervise key areas across the school to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.

Outside of these hours, our grounds are not directly supervised. For this reason, we kindly ask that students do not arrive before 8.15am, unless they are participating in a supervised school activity.

• Before school: Students who arrive early are required to wait in the outside Chapel until formal supervision begins.
• After school: Students waiting to be collected must wait in front of the Administration Building, where there will be indirect supervision.

We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for every student.

Early Pick-Up & Attendance Notification 

Just a reminder that if you need to collect your child early from school, please head to Reception first. This helps us keep everyone safe and ensures we know where each student is at all times. We kindly ask that you don’t go directly to classrooms or meet your child on their way to the office.

If your child will be arriving late or leaving early, please let our Attendance team know at the start of the day by emailing attendance@trinityac.nsw.edu.au. This helps us support a smooth transition for your child.
