Final call for stall coordinators 

This is the last call for coordinators for the following stalls:

• Jam Donuts
• Jacket Potatoes
• Sand Art

Unfortunately, if we don’t get a coordinator or joint coordinators to help the PFA run these stalls, they won’t feature as part of the Fair. Please consider putting up your hand to make these stalls possible. It’s great fun to be part of and you will be well supported by the committee. You can sign up here. 

Sponsor a ride at the Fair

If you would like your name or business up in lights at the 2025 Fair, why not sponsor a ride? 

Opportunities exist for all rides at a variety of levels and the benefits are great. They include recognition in: 

• Fair invitation delivered to local schools and surrounding neighbourhood
• Fair real estate billboards displayed at School and local destinations
• Fair program
• PFA website
• Fortnightly editions of In The Know
• Signage at the entrance to the ride
