Casual Bookings

With our current sessions nearly meeting capacity in the morning and afternoon sessions, we do ask families to consider making sessions permanent to secure your booking.  

Once at capacity, we are only able to offer care from 8 - 8:30am in the morning and til 4:30pm in the afternoons (at full fee).

Late Fees

Children who are not collected exactly by 3:20pm will now be enrolled into the Afternoon Program to ensure their care and safety and must be collected as soon as possible if notification has not been given to the team.  We ask families to consider being on time for collection to support staff in being released for their administrative duties.

We thank you as a community for collecting your children by 6pm as this allows our staff to get home to their families.  Please remember that a late fee of $20 for the first 15minutes will be applied to accounts after 6:00pm. 

Term 3 Considerations

As we begin to meet new families for Term 3 enrolment, we would like to ask our current families to consider if you need to make any changes to your current bookings. Amendments cannot be guaranteed beyond June 8.

With an increase of enrolments, the Green Team Educators are monitoring closely those children who may be considered for an early pre-school 4 mid-year transition.

Communication will be sent directly to families via email to open the conversation with you and your child, with a transition project installed to support a smooth transition for everyone.
