Interschool Sport

This Friday, our blue teams travelled to Ashley Park PS. All teams had a great rally against their opponents. The blue girls’ volleyball team had a loss this week, going down 33-35. The boys’ volleyball team also had a loss 32-45. Our boys’ softball team made improvements from last week and came away with a strong win 9-5. The blue tennis teams both lost, however, they tried their best and displayed teamwork during our doubles matches. 

Meanwhile, at home, the gold teams went up against Mernda Central. Both the boys’ and girls’ volleyball teams had convincing wins, displaying great teamwork. Our girls’ and boys’ tennis teams had a loss, but all tried their best. Our girls’ softball team lost again this week; however, they showed great determination. The boys had another nail-biting game, finishing with their second draw for the term. 

We want to say a big thank you to all the Year 3/4 students who helped out and filled in for our gold softball and tennis teams today. You all did a fantastic job, and we are very proud of you!!
