Year 5/6 Learning Reflection

Term 3 Weeks 7 and 8:

Grade 5/6 students had a blast dressing up as their favourite book character in week 7.

Grade 5/6 students continue to begin their day with a 'Do Now' activity to get them mentally ready for the day, reflect on a piece of text or revisit a concept so it is retained in their long term memory.

During Maths, the grade 5/6 students have been learning about Location and Transformation. They have been reading and plotting co-ordinates on a grid or Cartesian plane, transforming shapes on a Cartesian plane and creating tessellations.
