The sheCommerce program at the University of Melbourne is now in its fourth year supporting female-identifying secondary school students to explore their study and career options in Commerce over four years from Year 9 to 12.

In early April they completed their intake for the new cohort of Year 9 students entering the program and received nearly 600 applications for 130 places. 

They have relayed how impressed they were with the quality of the applications noting that ‘the passion and enthusiasm from this next generation of business leaders is inspiring’.

Applications from the following four Year 9 students from our school were successful: 

• Annabelle Jibu
• Aarna Raja
• Karshini Sathyanarayan
• Ineya Sudhakar

We congratulate them on this achievement and wish them all the best in this valuable program.
