Room 9 playing The Year of the Horse Relay earlier in Term 1. 

Students took it in turns to run up to the sheet to find the hiragana to that spelt 

Happy New Year Akemashite omedetō　あけましておめでとう or 

Year of the Horse, Uma Doshi うまどし。

Room 11 practising their Hiragana by writing on whiteboards, making hiragana with playdough and playing with hiragana cards.

Room 6 and 7 learning about kimono and dressing up.

Room 12 learning their new weather words by playing a matching game with cards.
