As we celebrate our Centenary and enter our new School Strategic Plan (2025 - 2028), it was a perfect time to review our school vision and values to ensure they best represent our school for now and into the future. Consulation with our parent community, School Council, Student Leaders and staff has been going since late last year to ensure everyone had a voice in its construction. We are so pleased to launch our school school vision and values this week.

Respectful – Our School Value

Being respectful means treating everyone with kindness, fairness, and care. It’s about listening, valuing others’ ideas, and making sure everyone feels safe and included at school.

For Students: Respect means using kind words, listening when others speak, and treating classmates, teachers, and school property with care. It’s about being fair, taking responsibility for your actions, and making sure everyone feels welcome.
For Staff: Respect means treating students and colleagues fairly, listening to different opinions, and creating a safe and positive place to learn. It’s about being a role model and helping everyone feel supported.
For Families: Respect means working together with the school, supporting student learning, and communicating in a positive way. It’s about being involved and helping to make the school a great place for everyone.
For Our Community: Respect means welcoming and including everyone, appreciating different cultures and ideas, and working together to make our school a better place.

Having integrity means being honest, doing the right thing, and staying true to your values, even when no one is watching. It’s about being fair, trustworthy, and standing up for what is right.

For Students: Integrity means being honest, keeping your promises, and taking responsibility for your actions. It’s about treating others fairly, speaking up when something isn’t right, and always trying your best.
For Staff: Integrity means leading by example, being fair and honest, and treating all students with respect. It’s about creating a school where everyone feels safe and supported to do the right thing.
For Families: Integrity means working with the school in an open and honest way, setting a good example for children, and encouraging fairness and responsibility at home and in the community.
For Our Community: Integrity means being trustworthy, standing up for what is right, and working together to create a safe and respectful environment where everyone is treated fairly.
