SACSA Volleyball Competition
Endeavour College proudly showcased its sporting talent at the SACSA Volleyball Carnival late last term, sending teams across multiple year levels and returning with an impressive collection of results.
On day one our Year 9/10 Boys teams made a strong start. Both Gold and Silver teams progressed through the day undefeated, with the Gold Team winning their grand final by over 15 points and the Silver Team taking out theirs in a nail-biting 2-point finish.
Their teamwork and support for one another throughout the day reflected nearly 10 weeks of dedicated training.
The momentum continued into day two with our Year 9/10 Girls. After losing just one group-stage game, they fought their way to a grand final rematch and turned the tables, winning by 11 points. A huge thank you to Year 12 coaches Malisa and Angelina for their leadership and encouragement.
Midweek, our Year 7/8 Boys kept Endeavour’s winning streak going strong. The Gold Team remained undefeated, finishing with a thrilling 42–40 grand final victory over Tyndale, demonstrating outstanding skill, determination, and sportsmanship, with valuable support from our Year 9 student coaches.
The Silver Team also impressed, finishing 9th overall and second among all silver teams.
They were highly competitive against top-tier opponents and showed fantastic growth throughout the day.
On the final day our two Year 7/8 Girls teams wrapped up the week with even more success. The Silver Team finished 8th overall, second among all silver teams and showed steady improvement throughout the day.
The Gold Team reached the grand final after a close semi final win, ultimately finishing as proud runners-up.
Across all age groups, our students demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and enthusiasm. Congratulations to all players and coaches; you’ve done Endeavour proud!

Refugee Posters
We are thrilled to announce that two of our talented students, Elna Mary Sunu and Lucy Schmidt, have had their entries selected for the 2025 SA Refugee Week Youth Poster Awards Exhibition!
Out of 305 entries, only 60 students from 46 schools have been chosen, and their work will be on display at the Adelaide Festival Theatre from June 20th to July 26th in the Foyer Gallery.
The exhibition will then tour regional and metro galleries until April/May 2026.
A huge congratulations to Elna and Lucy, what outstanding advocacy and creative expression.

Henry Le Ray
Henry (Year 10) recently returned from Perth with an incredible achievement to his name - helping the South Australian U16 boys' team secure a silver medal at the National Championships in Perth.
This marks the first time in 11 years that a South Australian boys' team has reached the national finals. In a thrilling grand final against the undefeated Hunter Hurricanes, the match ended in a 7-7 draw, sending both teams into a dramatic penalty shootout.
Henry was one of the five selected to take a shot and successfully scored his goal.
Although the team narrowly missed out on gold, Henry’s composure under pressure and standout performance were a proud highlight of an unforgettable tournament.
