Excursion Payments

Please refer to the most recent family statement emailed which shows either nil amount owing if School Saving Bonus funds are available, or an amount to pay. 

Ensure you provide permission to use School Savings Bonus, if applicable, via the link in the email and also provide permission in Sentral for your child to attend by the above due dates. 

Families with students attending the Middle School excursion which includes year 5 will receive a separate email with your family statement later today.

If payment is owing, the preferred method is via BPay using the family reference on your statement. 

Should you have any questions regarding the excursion, please refer to your child's classroom teacher or questions regarding your family statement, please contact the office. 

To assist our teaching and administration teams, prompt permission and payment by the due dates would be greatly appreciated.

2026 Book Packs and Parent Payment Policy

Book Packs, Instructions and the Parent Payment Policy have now been finalised for each year level in 2026. A Book Pack will be ordered automatically for each child enrolled at Teesdale Primary School in 2026. Families should have received an email last week containing Book Pack Lists together with the Parent Payment Policy document. You can also view this information via the attachments below.

Payment is not required until January 2026.  Please do not pay before this date. BPay is the preferred method of payment. Your Book Box will be delivered to your child's classroom ready for the first day of school. Payments can be made anytime from the 1st of January via BPay.

New Foundation families will have received their unique family BPay reference in their envelope on Tuesday 18th November. New families with year 1-6 students will receive their code in their Orientation Pack on the 9th of December. Please save this reference as it will apply to all children in your family during their time at TPS. 

Foundation 2026 Summer CSEF Uniform Package

Students who qualify for CSEF funding are eligible to receive the Prep 2026 Uniform Package. Applicants must hold a valid/current health care card (in lieu of the CSEF eligibility data not being available until the beginning of the 2026 school year).

Where a uniform can’t be supplied directly, students receive a voucher – redeemable at the school uniform supplier – that subsidises the cost of their uniform.

Uniform Fitting Bookings

Noone Bellarine in Geelong is our school's official uniform supplier. Noone is offering new student uniform fitting appointments from October to December. 

Please read the attached information on how to book your appointment. 

*A small selection of second-hand uniforms is also for sale at the Teesdale Primary School office for $5 each.

• Any text they find interesting

A little reading each day helps keep their skills growing. Thank you for supporting your child’s learning!

Hats! 

Now the weather is warming up, students are expected to be wearing a school approved Sun Smart hat when the UV is above 3. Students who do not have a hat will be asked to spend break time in the shade under the COLA. Please see the below links to view our Sun Protection Policy.
