Prep Orientation Arrangements for 2027

Prep 2027 Orientation Days
To help your child feel comfortable, confident and familiar with our school as they begin their school journey, we have scheduled four orientation sessions from 9.15 - 10.30 a.m. on the following dates:
- Tuesday 10 November – Prep Orientation Day One
- Students attend orientation.
- New Parents are warmly invited to a meeting and morning tea in the school hall.
- Tuesday 17 November – Prep Orientation Day Two
- Students attend orientation.
- Parents are invited to an informal Q&A in the entrance courtyard after drop-off. Attendance is optional.
- Tuesday 24 November – Prep Orientation Day Three
- Parents drop children off at 9.15 a.m. and return at 10.25 a.m. for pick-up.
- Tuesday 1 December – Prep Orientation Day Four
- Parents drop children off at 9.15 a.m. and return at 10.25 a.m. for pick-up.
On each orientation day, children may be placed in different classrooms with different teachers and groups of students. This is an important part of the orientation process and helps children become familiar with a range of staff, students and learning spaces across the school.
Staff will be available each morning to welcome you and guide your child to their allocated classroom.
School Communication – Audiri
All communication at St Carlo’s is sent through our Audiri App. It is important that you download this free app and subscribe to the Prep 2027 group so that you receive important updates and reminders.
Change of Plans?
If your circumstances have changed and your child will no longer be attending Prep at St Carlo’s in 2027, please let us know as soon as possible, as we have a number of families eagerly awaiting a place.
