The Installation Mass for Bishop René Ramirez RCJ as ninth Bishop of Sandhurst will be celebrated at 11.00 am Mass on 30 July 2026 Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Gospel Reflection  Matthew 10:26-33

In last Sunday’s Gospel of Matthew, Jesus reminds us not to be afraid and to trust that God knows and cares for each of us. As we come to the end of a busy semester at St Mary’s, this is a comforting message. Our students, staff and families have continued to show courage, kindness and care in many different ways. Even in a significant year for our school, we are reminded that we are never alone and that God walks with us through each moment.

As we head into the holidays, this Gospel invites us to pause, rest and place our trust in God. The break is a good time for students and families to recharge, enjoy time together and reflect on the blessings of the semester. We look forward to returning in Term 3 with gratitude, ready to continue supporting one another and making the most of our time together as the St Mary’s community.
