District Athletics
On Tuesday, we had District Athletics at Nunawading Athletics Track. There were track events such as hurdles, 800 meters, 1500 meters and relay which were all very tiring! There were also field events like shotput, discus, long jump, high jump and triple jump. There were 10 schools competing, and we came seventh overall. Everyone was positive and had a great time. Students going onto divisional in October are; Kieren, Cooper, Zoe, Bell and Zephyr. Everyone did an amazing job, had a good time and the people who competed always tried their best! And a big thank you to Mrs Chisholm for organizing this special day. Thanks to Mary and Miss Davis for coming along and helping!

Hats Are Back
As the weather is getting better and we are now headed into to Spring we have to be midful of the UV while students are outside. As it is school policy from mid-August to 30 April, when the UV idex reaches 3 or higher all students must wear a sun protective hat.
We ask that from now on you please make sure your child brings a hat to school each day.
Students who are not wearing an appropriate hat may be asked to play in the shade or in a suitable area protected from the sun.
Hats can be purchased from our uniform supplier Spartan School World in Ringwood.
Please make sure that your child's hat is clearly named.
