Absence from school.

Every day that your child is absent from school, you need to use PAM to notify us of their absence. If you know that they will be absent for more than one day, just let us know.

If your family is going travelling, please email the office with the dates the child/ren are going to be absent.

If the office does not know the reason for the absence, expect a phone call!

New Address?

Whenever your family moves, you need to inform the office of your new address. 

It is important that our school records are kept up to date. All it takes is an email or a quick phone call. So, if you have moved since your child enrolled, give the office a call (9544 3032) or email office@spclayton.catholic.edu.au 

Has your Visa Changed?

Please notify the office of any visa, residency or naturalisation/citizenship changes when they happen. When your child's passport expires, please provide a copy of the new passport.

If your child's Visa expires and you have not provided details of the new Visa, expect 

a phone call from our friendly office staff!

Fees.

Term 3 Fee statements will be emailed to all families next week.

Thank you to all families who are making regular payments.

 Office staff will be calling all non fee payers.

School Fees MUST be paid in full before 15th November.
