Leadership updates and reflections

A warm welcome back to Term 3!  Hoping everyone had a fun-filled winter holiday break.  It was great to see so many smiling happy faces this morning ready for a term of fun and learning!

Thank you to all of our families who took the time to meet with their child's classroom and specialist teachers yesterday. It was a valuable opportunity to celebrate each child's learning and growth, and to talk about the ways we can continue working in partnership to support their learning and wellbeing. We value these opportunities to connect and appreciate your ongoing support.

Our Breakfast Club is becoming very popular.  Everyone is welcome to come along on a Monday, Tuesday or Friday morning from 8:25am - 8:45am and have some cereal, toast or fruit.  Our very popular boxes of fruit will be available to students in every classroom from next week.

We are looking forward to an exciting term of learning as our students explore our Big Idea, Power, through their inquiry focus. Power can be investigated from many different perspectives, including science, entrepreneurship, personal capabilities, civics and citizenship, and so much more. We can't wait to see where our students' curiosity leads them as they ask questions, make connections, deepen their understanding, and take action in meaningful ways throughout the term.
