Health Centre
This term we welcome Sarah Waite to the College nursing team. Sarah's beaming smile & nursing expertise can be found in the health centre on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. Sarah is already a favourite with the students with many asking 'Where's Sarah?' on her days off.
About Sarah:
Nursing interests/experience: I've always been passionate about paediatric nursing. I have experience in adult and paediatric emergency. Currently working with neonates in the special care nursery.
Favourite sports team: Brisbane Lions
Pets: I have two cats Mali (16y/o girl) and Bobby (10month old boy). I did choose Bobby’s name so that I had Bob Marley at home (perhaps one for the parents....I don't think kids these days will know who that is!)
Outside of work: I coach B-reserve netball for Seymour lions (Chloe Locke is in my team). I love hanging out with my friends, reading and playing card games! My partner Billy and I love camping and fishing. Fun fact my first fish that I caught was a 94cm Murray cod!
