Cross Country - North Metro Region 

The NMR Cross Country event was held in sunny conditions at Kilmore Racing Club on Wednesday June 19.

In the 13 girls age group, there were 76 competitors and, amazingly, we had 3 runners in the top 7 places: (2nd) Michaela Belles, (4th) Lynn Kodsi & (7th) Stella Cook. We were 1st place in the 13 girls age group team standings, accounting for our top 4 runners - Michaela, Lynn, Stella & Jemima. A fantastic achievement by our team!

Fatima Kodsi finished in 8th place in the 15 girls age group, to progress through to her third consecutive State Cross Country event.

Michaela, Lynn, Stella and Fatima have all qualified for State Cross Country scheduled for July 18 at Yarra Valley Racing Club.

Darebin Division Sport: Year 7-10

It has been a very busy second half of Term 2, to round out a massive term of interschool sport events! The choice of sports for this term at Year 7-10 level are: netball, football, soccer and badminton We have continued to have team success at these events, including event day wins to progress through to NMR events next term.

Darebin Division Athletics Carnival

The Darebin Division Athletics Carnival was held on Friday May 24 at Meadowglen International Athletics Stadium. We again had a large squad of enthusiastic and talented athletes competing. There were plenty of individual and relay team wins, with the winners now qualifying for the NMR Athletics Carnival on Wednesday September 4.
