Community Spirit and Leadership Award

Congratulations to Siarra who was awarded the community spirit and leadership award. 

Siarra is an incredible human being. She makes others around her better and exemplifies humility. She has developed strong peer relationships and is not afraid to put herself out there to be judged, is willing to speak up or perform for an audience. 

Siarra is a gifted soccer player, who demonstrates determination, courage, competitiveness, whilst showing respect for her opposition and encouragement of her teammates. She is highly skilled, developing her craft as a result of her dedicated training. 

Siarra constantly strives to improve. Academically, she has shown great improvement, assisted through her willingness to seek feedback and accept challenges. This focus on growth was evident when Siarra missed out on school leader roles initially, she focused on developing her public speaking skills, sought feedback and was elected as school captain for second semester. 

Siarra has can often be seen helping younger students with their soccer or resolve issues, not because she has been asked, but because it is the right thing to do.
