Mrs Amanda Bartholomew

NSWCPS Athletics

Last Friday, Ricky Hird represented Armidale Diocese at the NSWCPS Athletics carnival held at the Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre. Ricky competed in high jump, discus and shot put. A huge congratulations to Ricky for coming 2nd overall in high jump. This means he will now represent Polding at the NSWPSSA Championships in Sydney next Wednesday the 25th of October. An outstanding result! He was also very competitive in his other events, achieving 9th in discus and 10th overall in shot put.

School Sport - Term 3

This term from weeks 2-6, students will be learning tennis skills in school based sports sessions facilitated by Mitch Power from Perform Power Tennis Academy in Tamworth.

In weeks 8-10 we will be running our usual swimming confidence sessions. Due to Quirindi Pool being closed for refurbishment, this year we will be heading to Werris Creek Pool to complete these sessions. More information about these sessions will follow closer to the date.
