Stage 2 Excursion

The Australian Museum
On Monday, May 4th, Stage 2 students had the opportunity to go on an exciting excursion to the Australian Museum. This trip was a fantastic opportunity to bring their science unit to life, as they explored fascinating exhibits on how vertebrates and invertebrates move across different environments—on land, in the water, and in the sky. The museum’s displays and interactive activities helped deepen the students’ understanding of the unique adaptations and movements of various animals, complementing what they have been learning in class.
The excursion was a memorable and engaging experience that connected classroom learning with real-world science. Our students returned with new knowledge and enthusiasm for the natural world, eager to continue their studies and build on what they had discovered in class.
