The APF is committed to working in partnership with other professional associations and peak bodies, and we take great pride in the strength of these collaborations. Such relationships are vital in ensuring the collective voice of school leaders is heard and in advancing our shared priorities for the profession.

This week, I am looking forward to attending the VPA Conference, an excellent opportunity to engage with colleagues and to celebrate the outstanding work of the VPA team in delivering a highly successful event.

In addition, I am pleased to have attended a number of Network meetings, where I presented on the work of the APF, with particular focus on our current EBA updates. These forums provide valuable opportunities to share insights, discuss challenges, and reinforce the importance the support networks in leading through challenge. If you would like arrange a time for me to meet please reach out.

Such engagements highlight the collegiality and respect that exists across our professional organisations. Together, we are able to advocate more effectively for the needs of school leaders, promote the importance of strong and sustainable school leadership, and work towards shaping a system that enables principals and assistant principals to thrive in their roles.
