Prep students have been learning how to sign colours in Auslan. They have been practising their new skills by signing the Rainbow Song and becoming “colour detectives” as they searched for different colours around our Auslan room.

Grade 1 students have been extending their knowledge of colours and numbers, practising through fun colour-by-number activities — Auslan style!

Grade 2 students have been combining their colour knowledge with feelings signs through the story The Colour Monster. Students watched an interpreted version of the story and then demonstrated their understanding by helping Colour Monster sort his feelings into the correct colours.
