Loving God, source of all good gifts, we thank you for bringing Sister Kathryn into our lives. For the joy and wisdom she shared, for the lessons she taught in our classrooms and in her daily kindness, for the countless ways she helped our students discover your love, we give you thanks. Thank you for her faithfulness, her gentle spirit, and her dedication to the mission of Catholic education here at St Joseph’s School.
Bless her, Lord, as she steps forward into the unknown of her new call.
Watch over her, guide her, and fill her with your peace.
Help us, the community she leaves behind, to carry on the good work she began, loving and serving others as she taught us.

Miniature Cathedral, Cathedra & Relics

This week, the mini cathedral, cathedra and relics will be visiting our St Patrick's Church. As we know, 2025 is a Jubilee Year; a special time in the Church for prayer and renewal. The theme this year is 'Pilgrims of Hope'. These special items are important parts of our faith and help us understand our Church's history. We will have more information and photos after we have visited the Church and will share our learnings.

St Joseph's Christmas Appeal

We are collecting non-perishable food items to create special care packages for Vinnies (Society of Saint Vincent de Paul) over the next few weeks. If you are able to contribute we would be very grateful. Vinnies gives these packages to people and families who are less fortunate than most. Let's work together to make a big difference!

Farewell Sister Kathryn

Our hearts are full of mixed feelings—a little sadness, but so much joyful gratitude. We say farewell to our beloved Sister Kathryn, who has been a guiding light, a cheerful presence, and a faithful servant in our school and parish community for so many years.

Sister Kathryn has taught us, prayed with us, and showed us what it means to live a life of love and service. She has truly poured out her gifts for all of us.

We thank God for the time we shared with her, and we pray for her as she begins this next chapter of her journey. Let us begin our time of prayer now, remembering that even as we say goodbye, we are forever connected by the love of Jesus and the memories we share.

HOPe Outreach

HOPe Outreach are looking for additional volunteers to join their team to assist in HOPe’s ministry to the Rural Fire Service. HOPe, will use their food truck to provide meals to fire fighters, support staff, incident controllers & evacuees in fire emergencies around the Diocese. Training in food handling and the operation of the truck is provided free of charge to volunteers.

Living Well, Learning Well - HELMET SAFETY

A note for families - Adults are always responsible for thesafety of the young children in their lives. Keep children safe by ensuring:

• their helmet is fitted correctly
